This week I will be using the contents from my pantry, freezer, and donations from my mother’s house to create our meals for the week.  I’ll post recipes & photos as I make these items.

Monday – Finish off the Chicken Rollups from my mother

Tuesday – Thursday – Crawfish Etouffee

Friday – Homemade Pizza

Saturday – Company over so probably eating out

Sunday – Sushi (with a coupon!)

    Homemade pizza is one of my favorites – we make it all the time! It’s cheaper and healthier than ordering in… You should check out springpad’s weekly meal planner, it’s a great way to organize all of your menus and recipes and I think you’d really like it.
